Meal Planning

heart Being Organised is one of my best friends but it 'hasn't been visiting lately so I have decided to do something about it. I have decided to open my arms and welcome it back. I though it might be time to try and get back into the swing of meal planning. When this is working, the week seems smoother and easier. The first step I have to do is look at the week ahead and see who is where and who will be home for dinner. I also have to look at what time we are all home. With this in mind here is this week's meal plan.



Orange and Poppyseed cake pops – no stick and no icing

White chocolate and cranberry muesli bars

Breakfast muffins (for the freezer)


MONDAY (I go to Zumba while daddy is on dinner duty)

Oven fish and vegies – Adults

Oven fish and vege pasta – Kidlets

DESSERT – strawberries and apple pie



Spaghetti Bolognaise

Made with heaps of vegies



Chicken thighs (baked in sauce) and salad

Yoghurt and fruit



Local town show so we will have a treat


FRIDAY (Pappa Bear doing stocktake)

Finger Freezer Food Friday

I don't cook on Friday's so we have left overs and what we can find in the freezer



Fish Pie with vegies

DESSERT – Coconut and Lime custard



Homemade pizzas – kids make their own topping


All is planned so hopefully it will be smooth sailing this week.
