July is fast approaching. If you are like me and love a calendar to keep you organised, click on the link below for a free printable of my July calendar.
I just realised that in the business of school holidays, I forgot to complete the rest of my 2013 calendar that is free to download and print.
Here we go. Just click on each month to print it for free.
Hopefully these come in handy. Click on the freebie menu at the top of the page to find the Family Planner that works really well with this. I have a in up boar that has the 2013 calendar, Family Planner, Weekly Planner and Meal Planner. I must seem a little OTT but I cannot function any other way.
How do you go planning your week. Yesterday my husband and I briefly discussed the coming week and what is on. I then fill out the weekly planner and do the meal plans. When doing the weekly planner, I refer back to our calendar and family planner for the month. I wasn’t very good at this during the holidays but we are back into the swing of things.
When Meal Planning, I first write down all the activities for the week. Then I will plan the dinners around this. Finally, I am now including a basic plan for the School and Kindy lunches. This helps so I can plan leftovers or cook extra to cater for these.
Below is a copy of the Meal Plan template I am using this week. Click on it to download it for free and print it out ready for use.
There have been so many dates coming in for next year already that I thought it was time to get organised. I usually have a calendar on the wall to put important dates on, my own planner I carry with me and a family planner. I have a gorgeous wall calendar from Donna Hay, ready to go but am going to use that in my kitchen for meal planning etc. I have made up my own monthly calendar to put near our planning pin board – the place that is the corner stone of our organisation – well our attempt to look organised. It is here free to download for a short time. I have only put a couple of international dates on it and have left off Mother’s Day and Father’s Day as it is different in other parts of the world. I am aware I have followers in Australia, Canada, the USA, South Africa, to name a few, so please put in your own important dates like these. Just click on the month name below the snapshot to download the PDF version of the calendar. Please share this in which ever way you like. Sharing is Caring.
If you download these please leave a comment about what you think of them. Any feedback would be great.
Do your kidlets have advent calendars? I have not started using the bought ones that have a chocolate a day. This is obviously a personal choice. For the last few years I have used a wooden one that is reusable. It had a small ornament but a few easily got lost. Last year I made my own reusable one as Rogey Bear was old enough to get excited about opening the box everyday. I had to have something big enough to hold 2 treats.
I bought some mini brown boxes from spotlight, made up numbers to cut out and glue on. I also found some different pieces of Christmas scrapbooking paper and went to it.
Once complete I made up a list of activities or treats to go inside each box. The activities depended on what we had in store on our calendar. I made sure there was not a lolly or sugar treat in every box. I have attached a free printable of the number sheet and the activities that are going into our boxes.
Once they are ready I attach them to the wall with Command strips which seem to work a treat.
The kidlets are so excited about opening the boxes. Secretly, so, am I.
I know Christmas is keeping everyone really busy. I have also noticed that dates are being given to me for next year already. Below is a sample of my calendar for 2013. I have the full 12 months almost complete and will have them ready for downloading, over the next week or so. Click on the picture below to download January. I hope you enjoy it and look forward to the other 11 months, coming soon.
